Painful moment

The most painful moment for a runner is not injury.
It is while nursing your injury, you wanted to run so much but you can't run!
Your feet itch to run when you see other runners hit the road, but you can only watch them.

I hurt my ankle 1 month ago, on & off I try to run, but still feel the pain on the feet.
LSD no more...the longest run is 16km and the pain comes.
Dear ankle, please heal soon....I want to run freely again....
